Delivery & installation

Delivery

The Tremblant 1-Person Infrared Sauna is delivered via specialist freight courier to kerbside. Delivery is available across the contiguous US, with lead times typically 7–14 business days from order confirmation. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery window once your order has been dispatched.

The sauna arrives flat-packed and is designed for quick, tool-free assembly using its locking clasp system — no specialist installation is required. Please ensure clear vehicle access to your delivery address. We recommend having at least two people available to assist with unboxing and assembly.

Returns

Due to the size and nature of sauna products, we are unable to accept returns once the unit has been assembled or used. If your sauna arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please document this at the point of delivery and contact us within 48 hours so we can arrange an appropriate resolution.

For pre-assembly issues or change-of-mind requests, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

The Tremblant 1-Person Sauna includes a 1-year limited warranty covering the heaters and cabinetry. Please retain your proof of purchase for any warranty or support enquiry.

Warranty & support

Warranty

The Tremblant 1-Person Infrared Sauna is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, covering the FAR infrared heaters and cabinetry. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Please retain your proof of purchase as it will be required for any warranty claim.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper assembly, misuse, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.

Making a Warranty Claim

If you experience a fault covered under warranty, contact our support team with your order number, a description of the issue, and supporting photos or video where possible. We aim to respond to all warranty enquiries within 2 business days.

Our aftercare team is available to assist with assembly guidance, heater settings, control panel operation, and general troubleshooting. For technical support, please contact us via the Help Centre on our website or reach out to our support team directly.

Replacement components, including heater elements and filter accessories, may be available to order separately — contact us for availability.
