Warranty Coverage
All products sold by Home Sanctuaire include a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.
Warranty terms vary by product and brand. Full details are provided on each product page and in the documentation supplied with your order.

- Structure: up to 2 years
- Chiller components: 1–2 years depending on model
Accessories
- Typically 6–12 months depending on manufacturer
What Is Not Covered
- Improper installation not carried out by approved professionals
- Incorrect water chemistry or misuse of chemicals
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic changes over time
- Damage from environmental factors (freezing, flooding, etc.)
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Consumable parts such as filters, jets, or bulbs
Warranty Claims
To submit a warranty claim, please contact us with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos if available. We will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue through repair, replacement parts, or product replacement where applicable.
Returns & Cancellations
We understand that purchasing large wellness products is an important decision.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before processing or shipment. After processing, cancellation may be subject to restocking or administrative fees depending on the supplier.
Returns (Change of Mind)
Due to the size, weight, and freight nature of our products, returns are assessed on a case-by-case basis. If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the customer. Not all items are eligible for return once shipped — eligibility will be confirmed upon request.
Large freight items (hot tubs, saunas, ice baths, and cold plunges) have limited return eligibility due to the logistics involved. Please contact us before placing your order if you have any concerns about suitability.
Damaged or Faulty Items
Freight damage (visible at delivery): You must note any visible damage on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery and notify us within 48 hours with photos/video evidence and your order number. This is required by freight carrier policies and failure to report within this window may limit our ability to file a claim on your behalf.
Product faults (post-delivery): If your item develops a fault within 30 days of delivery that is not related to freight damage, please contact us immediately. We will prioritise your case and work toward a repair, replacement, or refund where appropriate.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and received, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days to the original payment method. You will receive confirmation once your refund has been issued.
